3. Compliance Requirements & Important Notes

To maintain fairness and ensure long-term sustainability, all partners must strictly adhere to the following rules:

No wash trading, market manipulation, fake liquidity, or misleading investor behavior. No unauthorized collection, sale, or distribution of user data. No public statements damaging EKBIT’s brand or disclosure of competitor confidential information.

EKBIT will conduct monthly activity reviews. Partners who do not meet the criteria may be downgraded or removed.

If violations are detected, EKBIT reserves the right to cancel commission eligibility and suspend accounts.

EKBIT holds the right to the final interpretation and adjustment of the Partner Program.
