Registration and Real-Name Verification Tutorial

I. Registration Steps

1. Go to the registration page

Open the APP homepage → Tap “Login / Register” → Tap “Register” in the upper-right corner.

2. Choose a registration method

Select Email or Mobile Number.

3. Enter your information

Fill in the required registration details and tap “Next”.

4. Enter the verification code

Input the verification code you received to complete the registration.

 

Note:

• If you do not receive the verification code, please check your SMS inbox or email spam folder.

• If it still does not arrive, contact online customer support.

II. Identity Verification Process

ekbit’s identity verification includes System Verification and Manual Verification.

(1) System Verification Steps

1. Tap your profile avatar

Open the APP and tap the profile icon in the upper left corner.

2. Select Identity Verification

Choose “Identity Verification” from the menu.

3. Proceed to Verification

Tap “Proceed to Basic Verification”.

4. Select document information

Choose the issuing country and document type.

5. Upload document photos

Upload the required document images according to the instructions.

6. Submit for review

Submit your information and wait for the verification result.
