Before using EKBIT’s Copy Trading Service, please read and fully understand the following terms. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and EKBIT.
1. Definitions and Scope
“Platform” / “EKBIT”: Refers to the EKBIT digital asset trading platform and its provided services. “User” / “You”: Refers to any individual or entity registered on EKBIT who applies to use the Copy Trading service. “Trader”: Refers to users who publish trading strategies or permit others to follow their trades. “Copy Trading Service”: Refers to the feature where users choose a trader, and the system automatically synchronizes the trader’s trading behavior (opening, closing, or adjusting positions) to the user’s account.
This agreement applies to all operations performed through the EKBIT Copy Trading service.
2. Applicable Terms
By using the Copy Trading service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement, as well as the EKBIT User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and all relevant rules. If conflicts arise between this agreement and other EKBIT policies, the terms in this Copy Trading Agreement shall prevail.
3. Copy Trading Service Mechanism
1. Service Content
Users may view available traders in the Copy Trading section, including their historical performance, trading records, win rate, follower count, and more. Once users select a trader and confirm the subscription, the user’s account will automatically copy the trader’s operations (opening/closing positions, adjusting leverage, setting TP/SL, etc.). No manual operation is required once the service is activated.
2. Synchronization and Execution
Orders are executed automatically. EKBIT will make reasonable efforts to replicate the trader’s operations. Due to market liquidity, latency, and system conditions, actual results may vary from the trader’s. This is normal and does not constitute any form of guarantee. EKBIT does not guarantee profits or replicate past trader performance.
3. Suspension / Termination
Users may stop following any trader at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate follow-trading permissions for violations such as manipulation, fraud, or abusive behavior.
4. Rights and Responsibilities of Users and Traders
1. User Responsibilities
You acknowledge and accept risks associated with digital asset trading and copy trading, including partial or total loss of funds, slippage, liquidity risks, and market volatility. You shall ensure account security and comply with platform rules. Multi-account abuse, malicious trading, or other violations are strictly prohibited.
2. Trader Responsibilities
Traders must pass EKBIT identity verification (KYC) and risk assessment to qualify as signal providers. Traders bear full responsibility for their trading decisions. EKBIT does not guarantee their strategies or profitability.
3. Platform Responsibilities
EKBIT provides technical infrastructure, data transparency, transaction execution, and security. EKBIT reserves the right to adjust service rules, fees, eligibility requirements, or suspend services for risk control, compliance, or system maintenance.
5. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
You fully acknowledge and agree:
Digital asset and copy trading involve high risk and may result in full or partial capital loss. Past performance of traders does not guarantee future results. Actual execution may differ from trader execution due to market conditions; EKBIT shall not be liable for execution differences. EKBIT shall not be responsible for service interruption or loss caused by legal, policy-related, market-related, or force majeure factors.
6. Modification, Updates, and Termination
EKBIT may modify or update this agreement at any time. Updated terms will be published via announcements or the User Agreement page. Continued use of the Copy Trading service is deemed acceptance of updated terms. Users may cease following a trader at any time. EKBIT may suspend or terminate users’ or traders’ access to the copy trading feature for rule violations or risk-related factors.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable to EKBIT’s jurisdiction of registration. In case of disputes arising from this agreement or the service, both parties should attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration or court jurisdiction as defined by EKBIT’s policies.
