Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Unverified users will not be able to use the customized trading function.
4. How many payment methods can I bind?
You can bind multiple payment methods, such as bank cards or e-wallets, with no limit on the number.
5. How do I pay merchants?
After placing an order:
Choose a payment method. Complete the transfer according to the information provided by the merchant. Return to EKBIT and click "Payment Completed." After the merchant confirms receipt, the digital assets will be automatically released to your account.
6. What if I've paid but haven't received the tokens?
Please confirm that the payment has been successfully deducted from your account. If the payment has been deducted but the tokens haven't been released:
Contact the merchant through the order chat box. If there is no response, you can submit an order appeal, and platform customer service will intervene.
7. What is the payment deadline?
The payment deadline is a time limit set by the merchant, usually 30 minutes. Please be sure to complete the payment within the specified time and click "Payed."
8. Why did my order time out?
If you have paid but haven't clicked "Payed," the order may be judged as timed out by the system.
If this happens, contact the merchant immediately or file an appeal.
9. Can I use someone else's account to pay?
No.
To ensure transaction security, the payment account must match the account holder's verified information. Paying on behalf of others or using someone else's account is prohibited.
10. Why do I need to set a payment method?
A payment method is essential for receiving payments from buyers when you sell cryptocurrency. Without setting one, you cannot post a sale order.
11. How do I set or modify my payment method?
You can add, modify, or delete payment methods in your account settings. Please ensure the information is accurate and truthful.
12. How do I confirm the release of cryptocurrency when selling?
After confirming receipt of buyer payment, please click:
“Release Cryptocurrency → Confirm Release”
to ensure the safety of your funds.
13. Are there any withdrawal restrictions on purchased cryptocurrency?
Digital assets purchased through your chosen trading platform have a 24-hour withdrawal limit to enhance platform security.
14. How does the platform ensure transaction security?
EKBIT uses multiple security mechanisms:
Escrow Mechanism: Seller assets are held in escrow by the platform.
Appeal Mechanism: Appeals can be filed in case of transaction disputes.
Merchant Verification: Merchants are screened through qualification verification and a deposit mechanism.
15. What is an order appeal?
When disputes arise between the transacting parties, such as failure to release funds or payment anomalies, users can file an appeal, which will be investigated and resolved by the platform's customer service.
16. Why does it display "No Ads Available"?
Possible reasons include:
The transaction amount is insufficient to meet the merchant's restrictions. Current market liquidity is low. We suggest trying again later or adjusting the transaction amount range.
17. Does it support cross-border or other fiat currency transactions?
Currently, only RMB (CNY) is supported for self-selected transactions.
For other fiat currencies, purchases can be made through third-party payment channels such as Visa and Mastercard.
